The service

Chabi gives you one AI plan that works inside apps that support Sign in with Chabi. It's in early access: features, prices and limits may change, and it's provided as is, without guarantees of availability.

Credits

AI usage is paid for with credits. Pricier models use more credits per request. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. When you run out, requests stop until your plan refills or you top up.

Refunds

• All payments are final: plans and top-ups aren't refundable, except where the law where you live requires it.
• Cancel anytime to stop future payments. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
• If a payment is reversed (a chargeback, or a refund the law requires), the credits it gave you are taken back, and reversing a plan payment ends that plan. Credits already used leave your balance below zero until a later payment covers it.

Acceptable use

• Follow the usage policies of the AI provider behind each model (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Don't use Chabi for anything illegal, harmful or abusive, or to get around rate limits or other users' limits.
• Don't share your account, or resell access to it.

We may suspend accounts or apps that break these rules.

Apps

Apps that use Chabi are run by their own developers, not by Chabi. You choose which apps can use your plan and can remove any of them on your account page.

Changes

If these terms change, the date below changes too. Continuing to use Chabi means you accept the new terms.
